FitFusion warrants that our products and services will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period"). If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, FitFusion will, at its sole discretion, either repair the defective product/service or exchange the product/service with a new one.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or modification
• Damage caused by improper installation or maintenance
• Damage caused by unauthorized repair
• Products or services with altered or removed serial numbers

Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, please contact FitFusion and provide proof of purchase. FitFusion may require you to return the defective product/service for inspection. If FitFusion determines that the defect is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the product/service free of charge.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FitFusion be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use or inability to use our products/services, even if FitFusion has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

This Warranty shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Warranty at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
